Main responsibilities

The team services all aspects of trade confirmation and settlement instruction creation process across Asset Managers portfolios worldwide.
Products include equities, fixed income, cash, foreign exchange, unitized funds and securitized derivatives of the same.
You will guide Team Leaders managing teams of Trade Support Analysts.
You will play key part in performance governance through KPI management and client relationship management through SLA.
You will prepare reports for audit and audit assistance.

Person Specifications

At least 6 years of transaction management experience in a large financial services organization.
At least 3 years at people management function.
Outstanding communication and presenting skills.
Senior stakeholder management skills.
